It was Santa's Elf. He had come to take Geronimo to Santa's secret workshop. After going there Geronimo saw that Santa had got measles disease. Santa told Geronimo that because of Measles he could not deliver Gifts to Children so Geronimo needed to become Santa Claus and deliver gifts to children around the world in one night.
